Membership of Woodgroup SA
Any group of people who work with or are interested in wood and has the resolve to become an incorporated association and the willingness to maintain that incorporation may become a member of Woodgroup SA Inc conditional on that club then:
§ Agreeing to abide by the principles and rules of Woodgroup SA
§ Adopting a constitution that meets the minimum requirements of Woodgroup SA and is not in conflict with its role, purpose or its constitution
§ Abiding by any by laws made by the Board from time to time and
§ Are willing to sign a Memorandum of Agreement with Woodgroup SA.
