The Bollard Carvers
This group of five was formed to design and carve some eighteen bollards situated on the river bank in The Sturt Reserve, Murray Bridge. The bollards were to represent the eighteen laklinyeri (aboriginal clans) of the district; because of the complexity of the designs, the scope has been scaled back to nine posts.
The project is funded by Arts SA and a partnership with the Rural City of Murray Bridge and the Murraylands Woodturners.
