Some Terry Scott-isms:
- rub the bevel
- sharpen often and with a jig
- I don't get out of bed for less than $50/hr
- get your eyesight checked - you may be missing finishing quality because you
need glasses
- the person who practices "a place for everything and everything in its place" is
just too darn lazy to look for things
- let the tool cut the wood
- every cut is a finishing cut
- sand slowly - let the paper cut the wood
- don't be stingy - use a fresh piece of sandpaper
- observe for inspiration
- chill out time = total concentration
